Health is an Actual Wealth
Every Human Being is the author of his own health or disease – Buddha. Humans are so lost in this Internet Era; they are so much behind money that they actually forget the real Wealth which they are born with. They forget the blessings with which they were born. Yes, it’s our health. No one can deny that Health is truly the Real Wealth. “Health is like money we never have a true idea of its value until we lost it.”
Health is a true gift which is given to us by God, and we must never play with it. Humans run behind money and neglect their health and when they reach the dead bed they lose all the money to save their health. I am not saying that money isn’t important what I am saying is that health comes first. Because your good health can make you earn, but bad health will only make you lose. Hence Understand the Importance of Health. Because a healthy body gives you a healthy mind and a healthy mind gives you great ideas and always help you to stay positive. In short, Health is really very important in all aspect of your lives. For example in your social life, your personal life as well as your professional life it plays an important role. Your Health can affect your happiness your peace, your joy, and your earnings. Hence always be cautious about your health.
Never be extreme always have balance in life, Like you can enjoy cheat days, but don’t make your every day a cheat day, always have balance in life. “YOUR BODY IS YOUR PRICELESS POSSESSION, ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF IT.”
Today I will share some very simple ways, which helps you to stay healthy.
1) Drink plenty amount of water
When we talk about health, and if we don’t mention water, then the list will be incomplete. Your body requires 2 liters of water every day, the number can vary for adults and children, for proper knowledge do have proper research.
But To prevent dehydration, you need to drink an adequate amount of water. There are many different opinions on how much water you should be drinking every day. Health authorities commonly recommend 8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon. This is called the 8×8 rule and is very easy to remember.
Note – Drinking more than required can make you uncomfortable, hence always remember never try to do things extra, because anything extra ruins the taste.
2) Good mood
Whether you agree or not, but staying happy most of the time, can really impact your body. Happiness and staying positive all the time really make your body feel relaxed and stress-free. Hence always be in a good mood, I know it can be tough, but try to stay in a good mood. Think about problems for 5 minutes and after that 5 minutes only focus on the solution. Have a solution making mindset, this mindset will always keep you happy and happy mood always help your body to stay healthy.
3) Do cardio for a few minutes
Cardio helps increase the strength of your heart and lungs. Cardio can help you improve your endurance during workouts as well. However, the main reason people do cardio is to burn calories to help them lose weight. Now cardio doesn’t mean just running, biking or swimming- however, even these exercises help.
It is said that- A cardio routine makes us burn several calories and it speeds up our metabolism. Sheds body fat. Cardio exercises improve our Body Mass Index (BMI) as it reduces the amount of our body fat. Helps control blood pressure, since it improves the circulation of blood throughout our body.
4) Avoid too much sugary stuff
Eating too much added sugar can have many negative health effects. An excess of sweetened foods and beverages can lead to weight gain, blood sugar problems and an increased risk of heart disease, among other dangerous conditions.
5) Eat vegetables
Add green vegetable in your diet, Veg is rich in antioxidants, flavonoids, and vital vitamins.
It is said- Dark green leafy vegetables are good sources of many vitamins (such as vitamins A, C, and K and folate) and minerals (such as iron and calcium). They’re also great sources of fiber. … This helps to make sure your body absorbs all of the vitamins you eat.
6) Take stairs
Instead of taking Elevators and escalators go for stair option. Today’s technological world has made things so easy for us, that we forgot the limitation of its usage. It’s ok to use elevators, but it is ok only when we use it when really required, not always. Hence always follow the stairs and limit the usage of elevators, especially when not in need. Health requires exercise hence, walking and taking stairs is the best exercise and a very simple one.
7) Don’t eat too much bread
If you eat too much bread, because of all carbs, salt, refined sugar, and preservatives that it contains, it can make you put on pounds! Eating it in moderation is fine; especially when you take the time to make sure it’s as healthy as possible.
8) Don’t run from sun
The morning sun is precursors of Vitamin D – that is, molecules that produce the vitamin – present in your skin are activated by the sun; so soaking some morning sun is a good idea, health-wise. “Weak bones, lack of calcium and various skin and hair issues are triggered by Vitamin D deficiency.
9) Laughing therapy
You must have heard about the laughing therapy, there are many benefits of laughing Therapy such as- It Lowers blood pressure. People who lower their blood pressure, even those who start at normal levels, will reduce their risk of stroke and heart attack. It Reduces Stress Hormones, improves cardiac health, triggers the release of endorphins.
10) Do Yoga
Yoga is not only related to body health but also related to mental health, Yoga is really very powerful, hence do a few minute yoga every day either in the morning, afternoon or evening. But don’t forget to do,

Connect yourself with motivation, positive channels, groups, etc, read Positive inspiring motivational books, which gives you energy and enthusiasm, disconnect yourself from all negative things. Because positivity is truly very important for a positive peaceful and healthy life
