In this chapter author says that we people usually allow ourselves to become overstressed on things which aren’t that big, which aren’t really a big deal, author says that we people usually take stress about things which are small and our stress and over focused on that issues make it big, we blow those small problems way out to a big proportion,  for example, suppose you are doing a road trip and suddenly any stranger might cut your way in the traffic, at such situation many people will get angry rather than let it go and move on with our day, we people convince ourselves that our anger is justified and we keep that anger whole day in our mind which doesn’t spoil anything but your day and your peace of mind, many of us even tell that incident to others and drag that small incident for entire day.

Author says that at such situation instead of getting angry we people must take that situation in a positive way, instead of thinking that stranger is trying to look cool and getting angry we must think he must be hurry because of some urgent thing, or because of some emergency, this thinking will give you your peace of mind and also allow you to spend your day happily.

In this chapter author says that interrupting someone in the middle of the conversation is something which is very destructive habit,  author say when you hurry someone along or interrupt someone or finish his or her sentence, you not only have to keep the track of your own thoughts but of those of the person you are interrupting as well. This tendency of finishing other sentence and interrupting the conversation is very common in busy people, encourages both parties to speed up their speech and their thinking, this, in turn, makes both party nervous, irritable and annoyed. This habit of not allowing someone to finish their sentence or statement can annoy anyone, and this becomes the biggest reason for many arguments because people feel irritated if someone doesn’t listen to what they are saying.

Author says that you shouldn’t interrupt someone when they speak, you must be patient and should wait other person to finish their statement, and should wait for your turn,  when you do this thing you will by yourself notice that your interaction and bonding with another person will improve for sure, when you listen and stop interrupting another person will feel relaxed and comfortable around you and will find peace and happiness having conversation with you, by listening and waiting for your turn you will become more relaxed and loving person.
