How To Change Negative Attitude: You can’t change your past, you can’t control the situation which happens to you, but what you can control is the way you look at that situation and events, You always have a choice, either to look at the situation with positive mental attitude or through negative mental attitude, Attitude is a small word but it can create a big difference in your life and in your personality, Our attitude toward life determines life’s attitude towards us, attitude is really very powerful and our attitude will determine how much success will get in our life.
There is a saying “THE PROBLEM IS NOT THE PROBLEM, THE PROBLEM IS YOUR ATTITUDE ABOUT THE PROBLEM.”
Everyone go throw bad days, bad situations. But it is your attitude, whether you want to crib about that particular situation whole day or whether you make yourself understand its just a bad situation. it’s not a bad life, and there is a lot you can do about it.
Whether you will stand and move on or you sit at the same place and cry for a whole day. it’s always your choice, your attitude.
Life is 10 percent what happens to you, and 90 percent how you react to it, whether you agree or not, but this is a fact, It’s your choice to smile or to cry, your attitude can create a huge difference.

The very first thing you need to understand is to know what changes you required, what are the traits which needed a change, the very first step towards change is you need to do proper and honest in-depth self-evaluation, you need to find out which of your habits, thinking (traits) needed a change or need to be improved.
You need to understand what exactly is bothering you, for example, you feel sad because of what reason, and you feel lonely for what? Until and unless you don’t understand the reason behind your bother, your attitude will remain bad.
Here you need to know yourself very well when you want to change your attitude, you need to be honest with yourself so that you can understand which traits of yours need improvement and change.
Change Negative Attitude Tip 2. Mentor or role model
It will be great if you have a someone or something which helps you to feel good and gives you positive vibes, it can be any person your role model or mentor who always inspires you motivates you to move ahead in life with positive mental attitude,
Surround yourself with positive groups on social media, learn from mentors through self – help books, Read self -development blogs, watch motivational inspirational videos, read about people to whom you want to be like, get inspired by them. Surround yourself with positive mental attitude people, whether through social media, videos, books, be around positivity.
Find someone who has a kind of attitude that you want to have, and allows his/her life to motivate you encourages you and helps you to move ahead in life and help you to handle temporary obstacles and failures and helps you to become a better person.
Change Negative Attitude Tip 3. Think of changed life
Use your visualization, see and think how your life will change if you have a positive mental attitude, think of positive you, think how positive mental attitude will make your life better and change your life completely,
Think will change in attitude make your life happy? Will change in attitude make you successful in career or business? Will change in attitude make your love and family life awesome happy and peaceful?
You need to fix your mind that if you change your attitude, you will get what you want to achieve, change in attitude will make your life happy and successful, you will realize that many things can change if you change your attitude and your situation can become really very better through positive mental attitude.

Bad company, can be the biggest reason for your bad attitude, you can’t change your negative mental attitude if you keep on surrounding yourself with negative things or negative people. How you will understand your negative bad attitude traits if you are around those negative things or people, Hence the best thing to change your attitude is to surround yourself with positive things and positive people.
For example, if you watch useless negative stuff on social media, will that thing going to help you anyway? No, it won’t, You need to surround your self with positive things which pass on positive vibes, watch useful motivational videos, read books of great mentors who will help you in your life, connect to positive groups, be with positive mental attitude people.
As it says” surround yourself with people who are only going to lift you higher.”
Change Negative Attitude Tip 5. I can.. I will attitude
Believe yourself, believe that yes you can change, believe that yes you can do it, don’t let yourself become the biggest obstacle between you and your goals, believe that yes you can change you will change and you will achieve what you always desire about.
It is you have believed in yourself, you will able to take action and able to grab opportunities and get what you always dream about but if you don’t believe yourself, this lack of self-belief attitude will make you give up quickly, you lose opportunities and never able to achieve what you always dream about.
Hence always have self-belief, always have I CAN, I WILL Attitude.
Change Negative Attitude Tip 6. Change a way
Try to look at things or situation in different perspective, for example, if you had a fight, instead of thinking bad about that person, try to think good things about him/her, try to think how good he/she has been to you, try to think all good thing about the opposite person, this will not only make you feel good but also protects you from future guilt and regret.
Another example, if you have lot of work , and you feel irritated and wish that hope all that office work gets vanish, try to change that attitude and take it as a challenge that yes I will do it and I will show that I can do it, keep smiling face and take it easy and complete your work, this habit of doing lot of work with a smile will help you grow in your career.
Hence change the way you look at the situation, this will not only create positive mental attitude but makes your life easy.
Change Negative Attitude Tip 7. Count blessing
There is always something, you can be grateful for, instead of cribbing and feeling negative about any situation, think about your blessings, it can be hard, but it is not impossible, you need to train your mind to see good in every situation.
Here you can maintain a diary, whenever you feel sad or bad, instead of thinking bad and cribbing about that situation, take out your journal or book and start writing about good things you have in your life, count your blessings.
Do remember, the things you take for Granted someone else is praying for. So be happy where you are and always work hard for the things you want in your life.
Change Negative Attitude Tip 8. Stop comparing
The comparison is the biggest violence to yourself, stop comparing your life with others, stay happy where you are and believe in yourself, the comparison only brings negativity and stress. Remember you and your life is unique and special.
As it says “HAPPINESS IS FOUND WHEN YOU STOP COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHER PEOPLE.”
Change Negative Attitude Tip 9. Stop being a victim
Don’t try to be a victim, if you constantly crib about things happening to you, you are actually running away from the responsibilities, don’t make excuses for your bad decisions and bad habits, don’t talk or act like a victim, stand up and take the responsibility for everything, tell yourself its ok if I fail, it’s ok if I make a wrong decision, I am going to make it all right, I am going to take responsibility for my wrongs and I am taking responsibility to make all things right.
Don’t crib about things, like why it is happening to me, what have I done wrong, bad situations bad things happens to everyone it’s on you, whether you stand up and take responsibility for it and make it right or whether you sit and cry and crib whole life.

Change Negative Attitude Tip 10. Choose positive thoughts over negative
As your mind starts thinking bad, as your attitude starts becoming negative or bad, start controlling your brain, start controlling your negative emotion, say to yourself, no I am not feeling bad, I am feeling good, I am happy and try to smile this fake emotion of yours will pass out a fake signal to your mind and you will eventually start believing that yes you are feeling good, and compare to earlier your mood will become little better.
It’s tough to do this, but its not impossible, and if you train your mind, you will able to do it, use affirmation, take a walk, think good about others count your blessing use every technique to let go your negative mental attitude, this will help you to have a wonderfully smooth and successful life.
