If I ask you to eat a frog and it’s compulsory you have to eat it. Then at what time would you like to eat? As an answer, you must eat that frog in the early morning. Hence instead of avoiding that important work or keeping it for other time, you should finish it in the early morning, because through this your stress and fear of completing that work will vanish and your entire day will go smooth and happening, and by doing this you’ll feel relax and from next day you will follow the same thing and become more discipline.

For example, if you would have kept that frog for the night, then your entire day would have gone thinking about it, but hence you have eaten it in the morning your stress and fear will automatically vanish and you become more productive.

Example similarly students and people who work should finish their difficult task first and then should move to other things.
